Educational consulting presents immense value for school districts aiming to enhance the overall academic performance of their students. The case studies provided highlight how various Independent School Districts (ISDs) in Texas have effectively utilized The Teachers’ Teacher, LLC to foster teacher success and elevate student achievement.
Case Study #1
Client: Goodrich ISD - https://www.goodrichisd.net/

During the 2021-2022 school year, Goodrich ISD contracted with The Teachers’ Teacher to provide students with an intensive 8-day student bootcamp for 5th Grade Math and Algebra I to help increase score on STAAR. The results for the 5th grade accelerated STAAR boot camp showed that 75% of students showed growth when comparing their scores from 2021 to 2022. The results for Algebra I students showed that 68% of student showed growth in comparison to their 8th grade scores from 2021 to 2022.
For the 2023-2024 school year, we have been contracted to come back and work with the district on AI Tools, Student Accelerated Instruction Bootcamps for STAAR, and teachers will be attending the The Teachers’ Teacher STAAR 2.0 Island Review to help prepare students for STAAR. We look forward to our continued partnership as we help to support and serve in Goodrich ISD.

The Teachers’ Teacher, LLC began it’s partnership with Spring ISD during the 2018-2019 school year. Bailey Middle School and Reynolds Elementary School contracted services with The Teachers’ Teacher in order to support teachers and students.
For the 2018-2019 school year, Reynolds Elementary teachers participated in our on-site customized STAAR Review Target Training and notable gains were achieved. We continued working with campus teachers and administrators, but due to COVID, our work was put on hold.
Bailey Middle School
At Bailey Middle School for the 2018-2019 school year we provided support for students in grade 8 taking the English I EOC Exam. Our team conducted reading and writing camps for teachers and students and met with students one-on-one to conduct writing conferences after our team analyzed students writing samples to provide immediate feedback with opportunities for revision. Principal Brown conducted surveys and receive feedback from students that not only was the sessions fun, but that students felt like their writing had grown after attending the writing bootcamp. Principal Brown was pleased when percentages for students scoring at Meets increased from 79% to 91%. We worked with teachers and students again for the 2019-2020 school year, however, our work was put on hold during the pandemic. During the 2020-2021 school year we continued our worked with Bailey Middle School students taking the English I EOC Exam. Even amidst the pandemic gains were achieved in this area.
For the 2021-2022 school year Principal Brown expanded our services and we began supporting Math and Reading in grades 6-8, and 8th Grade Social Studies during Saturday Tutorials in the fall and spring. Customized and targeted lessons were delivered based on the analysis of standards on campus assessments. Principal Brown also hired us to provide a 3 hours US History Bootcamp for selected 8th grade students while teachers were brought in to observe. Significant progress was made in areas where services were provided. We worked with Bailey Middle School during the 2022-2023 in several capacities. We worked with teachers and students on saturdays in 6th and 7th Grade Reading and Math and 8th Grade Social Studies in the Fall and Spring Semesters. All core content area teachers attended our STAAR Review Target Training. We worked with the Emergent Bilingual Students and Teachers in Reading for Grades 6-8 and in 8th Grade Science. Remarkable improvements were attained and Principal Brown reached her T-PESS student achievement goal as there were improvements in Emergent Bilingual and double-digit gains in Social Studies! We look forward to continuing to serve at Bailey Middle School.
Claughton Middle School
Claughton Middle School partnered with The Teacher’s Teacher, LLC upon learning about the success of our work at Bailey Middle School. During the 2021-2022 school year we conducted a short bootcamp for 200 eighth-grade history students. Each student attended a four-hour review session. The results were remarkable, as we observed a 14% increase in students passing. Mr. Louis also enlisted our services to collaborate with two different sixth-grade math teachers and one sixth-grade Reading teacher in their classrooms for approximately three weeks, just prior to the STAAR assessment. The outcomes we achieved in terms of student score improvements were truly remarkable with a 12% increase in the number of students passing the Math STAAR and 14% increase in the number of students passing the Reading STAAR.
We sustained our commitment and expanded our support during the 2022-2023 school year to encompass all eighth-grade students in Social Studies and Science, serving a total of over 330 students in each subject. Additionally, we had the opportunity to collaborate and support seven newly hired teachers who were classified as District of Innovation teachers by providing guidance and support as these educators transitioned into their roles as first-year teachers.

Dueitt Middle School
Our partnership with Dueitt began during the 2021-2022 school year where our focus was on collaborating with math and reading teachers at Dueitt Middle School. Throughout our duration, we effectively demonstrated instructional techniques, introduced valuable T3 resources, and extended assistance to teachers encountering challenges, as indicated by the available data. Furthermore, we diligently conducted weekly student sessions to offer targeted support aligned with House Bill 4545 requirements. Our specific task involved delivering 30 hours of remedial instruction in both math and reading to ensure student growth. The campus achieved significant improvement. During the 2022-2023 School our contract focus was on collaborating with the reading department.
Our efforts were directed towards assisting the 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Reading Teachers, as well as working closely with the instructional coach. Our aim was to provide support and enhance their capabilities, enabling the principal to sustain ongoing teacher support.

Case Study #3

In 2015, our support initially began at the middle school level, focusing on math instruction for sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade students. In collaboration with the teachers, we engaged in regular planning sessions every six weeks to ensure their comprehension of the standards, instructional approaches, student engagement techniques, and relationship-building strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
Even throughout the pandemic, we continued to support Crosby ISD through planning sessions and virtual student boot camps, as well as providing virtual assistance to the teachers. Since 2015, Crosby ISD has consistently attended our STAAR Review Target Training sessions, which have consistently yielded positive outcomes.

Our collaboration with Hull-Daisetta ISD commenced in 2015 when our company was established as private vendors. The district contracted services with T3 for planning each six weeks for grades Kindergarten through 5th grade in Mathematics. During this time we mapped out a yearly calendar, created unit assessments, modeled instructional strategies, and planned daily lessons.
During the 2016-2017 school year, T3 began supporting grades 6 through Precalculus with six-week planning sessions. We also conducted a student bootcamp in Math in 8th Grade Math and Algebra I in order to prepare students for STAAR. Pleased with the results, we continued to plan with teachers up to the pandemic.
